Dorna place Chaz with Team Matteoni race to compete in the 125cc Grand Prix World Championship making Chaz the youngest ever rider to compete in a full season of Grand Prix racing.
Set a new record as the Youngest ever British rider to score points in a Grand Prix

2003
Chaz signs for Aprilia Germany to compete in the 250cc World Championship
Youngest ever rider to score World Championship points in the 250cc class after finishing 15th at the second race of the season in South Africa.
Scored first top 10 position at the Rio GP after coming in 9th.
Finished 14th overall in the 250cc World Championship out of 33 regular starters
Made the Top 3 shortlist of "BBC Young Sports Personality of The Year"

2004
Signs once again for Aprilia Germany riding a 250cc "kit" Aprilia
Youngest rider in the class by nearly 2 years
Chaz claimed several Top 10 finishes, beating factory riders on his way to 9th in Malaysia, 6th in Australia and 5th in Valencia.
Finishes 13th in the overall classification out of 36 regular starters.

2005
Signs once again for Aprilia Germany riding a 250cc "kit" Aprilia
Two top ten finishes in Italy and Turkey.
Finishes 16th in the overall classification out of 36 regular starters

2006
Signs for Campetella Racing to contest the 250cc World Championship
Team folds through false sponsorship promises leaving Chaz without a ride
Has the opportunity to contest the final race of the AMA Championship with Celtic Racing. Finishing 5th after never riding a 4-Stroke motorcycle or Pirelli tyres

2007
Signs with Celtic Racing to contest the full AMA Championship
Scores 2 podiums and 2 pole positions having never seen any of the circuits before
Stand in rider for Alex Hoffman to ride in MotoGP for Team Pramac D'Antin Ducati at Laguna Seca. Improves with every lap eventually turning lap times competitive enough for a top 6 position.
Tests for Factory Ducati at Mugello then is given the opportunity to finish the season for D'Antin Ducati.

2008
Signs for Attack Kawasaki to compete in the AMA Supersport & Formula Extreme series.
